Vegetarian Times

After reading this article in today's New York Times about e-coli in ground meat, I'm ready for the first issue of my new subscription. I bet I'm not the only one.

Not that we're safe by avoiding meat. Remember the E. coli outbreak in spinach a couple of years ago?

Yes, I do remember that--I think we even mentioned it in The Skinny --but I almost never buy spinach in a bag, and while I haven't had a burger in quite a while before this article I could have imagined being somewhere on the road and out at some random place and saying, "Oh what the heck, I'll have a burger!" Not anymore.
