You know, I am pie crust phobic and have been for years, but a few weeks ago, I decided to try Melissa's perfect pie crust recipe to use for a quiche. (This was before the video was up.) And to my astonishment, it was the least stressful pie crust I'd ever made, and it totally worked. I was so pleased. You'd think this week would be the week to build on my first success, but both pies I'm contemplating making have cookie crusts, so it might not be.
That's so great! In my bad pie, at least the crust was good. Did you make the cookie crust pies?
